Inventories

The Swedish Taxonomy Initiative is in various ways supporting inventories documenting the Swedish flora and fauna. Inventories often form a minor part of the taxonomical research projects funded by the Swedish Taxonomy Initiative. Funding has also been granted to specialised inventories targeting poorly investigated organism groups and habitats. So far, the two largest inventories funded by the Swedish Taxonomy Initiative are the Swedish Malaise Trap Project and the Marine Inventory.
